- The first thing americans are going to see out of this bill are higher 2011 premiumns come this fall. And many of those increased costs will be directly linked to this bill and repubs will remind the electorate of this in the fall.

- The economy over the last 20 years grew because of excess borrowing (citizens, business and govt). It has to shrink.
